The Best of Both Worlds

The basic issue is this- companies don’t want to hire interns that they’re required to pay if they can hire an actual employ that will be more beneficial to the income of the company. Interns should work the first three months for free (therefore receiving necessary training while gaining valuable work experience) and once they become an actual asset to the company they will begin to receive a salary.
