Interns deserve to be paid based on their performance

Interns performing duties should be paid according to how well they do their job. Many jobs pay according to the amount the employee sells or performs. This motivates the intern on knowing they will earn a paycheck based on her job performance. The executive of the company should then decide how much the intern gets paid. Many interns go unnoticed by the head of the company. This is a win win situation.
