Employers want EXPERIENCE

As a university student myself, I cannot stress enough the importance of experience in the work force. I think there should be a time limit on unpaid internships with the promise of paid work OR a solid reference letter after a certain amount of hours put in to that company. This way if the internship doesn’t work out, other employers will know of your dedication and work ethic, but if it does, then you have a contract job.
